Flexible Holiday Scheme

We don’t have an official ‘holiday year’ – you earn holiday pay on every hour worked including travel time, and you can decide how many hours you would like to be paid for when you take time off based on the balance of your holiday bank.

Contributory Pension Scheme

All our colleagues have access to a Pension scheme, following completion of three months probation period. Colleagues are auto-enrolled into the scheme and you can choose to opt-out if you wish.

We recognise how useful it is to have more control of when you get paid. All our field colleagues have the opportunity to draw down their pay in advance, providing them with the flexibility to manage their finances as they see fit.

Dedicated training program

We ensure our colleagues are fully-equipped to do their job to the best of their ability which includes the right skills training. We offer a range of training from on-the-job coaching and mentoring, through to dedicated client and task training so you have all the skills you need. For certain skills development, we enroll our colleagues onto external training programs.

Access to e-learning

All colleagues have access to our learning platform, eDUK8, with over 250 pieces of learning allowing them to develop in role, look to the future or learn a new skill.

Progress reviews

We believe in regular progress reviews and ongoing communication to ensure our colleagues are supported, feel listened to and are developing in their role. Our first priority is to promote from within the business and provide growth opportunities.
