Our internal Portal is our central hub for communication. You’ll receive the all the latest news, have easy access to your briefs and training and development material – all in one place. You’ll also be part of our Telegram groups for quick and easy day-to-day communication on your work tasks.

Training & Development

Every role at eXPD8 comes with the scope to learn and grow. We know that having clear goals, a personal development plan and regular reviews, leads to an engaged and happy workforce!

We ensure all our colleagues are equipped to do their role to the best of their ability, starting with a detailed induction period and continuing throughout their time with us. All colleagues have access to our learning platform, eDUK8, with over 250 pieces of learning allowing them to develop in role, look to the future or learn a new skill.

Our learning and development activities and interventions are driven by the 70-20-10 model:

  • 70% learning by experience, such as, on-the-job learning, placements or secondments, projects or stretch assignments, problem solving and shadowing.
  • 20% learning from others (social learning), such as coaching and mentoring, collaboration, performance conversations, networking, reviews, and role modelling.
  • 10% formal interventions such as courses, eLearning, modules, programs, research, seminars, webinars, and workshops.
